About me

Iโ€™m Sabrine, a dedicated Fitness Professional and Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My journey into sports began at a young age. I started training in athletics when I was just six years old, focusing on the 400 meters hurdles.
